If you have excessive blade breakage, or head carriage vibration, then chances are you have out of round band wheels.

Since taper lock bushings themselves are not perfectly true (can be .015” out of round) we turn the band wheels and taper lock bushing as one unit and stamp the location so that you get a true band wheel.  You can take a true band wheel and match it up with a bushing and then you have a out of round band wheel again, so it is a must to turn these as one unit.
