The complete retro fit with jaw kit can be welded in place of your current guide system.
The bottom control jaw on this system is used to act as a buffer, keeping the blade from diving into the cut. The carbide does not touch the blade during normal running; it simply acts as a buffer.
The jaw is fully adjustable as well as the rest of the guide system. Additionally, the jaw is removable if needed.
There are 8 areas of adjustment for your roller guide so fine tuning is a snap. The guide itself measures 2”o.d. and is case hardened and contains two greasable bearings for long running life.
This system requires welding into place.
